OnePlus Open now shipping with a FREE Nord N30 smartphone and a pair Buds Pro 3 ($479 value)

While we are expecting an early 2025 release for the new OnePlus Open 2, deals on the still current-generation model are naturally inbound ahead of time. Not only are we tracking a straight up $400 price drop on Amazon with the Emerald Dusk model now down from the regular $1,700 price tag to $1,299.99 shipped, but the OnePlus site also has an intriguing bundle offer up for grabs as well. 

OnePlus is known for bundling in some freebies to entice buyers to its official site, and it is once again here today. While you will have to drop the full $1,700 for the Open right now, it is bundling in $479 in FREE tech, slightly edging out the total value of the Amazon offer above. 

That said, $1,700 is a lot of cash for sure, but if you can make use of a completely FREE OnePlus Nord N30 5G smartphone worth $300 as well as a pair of the brand’s flagship $180 OnePlus Buds Pro 3 free of charge, it is a better deal all-in. That’s a total of $479 in value. 

Again, the straight up $400 cash deal at Amazon might be a better bet for most folks – you’re going to have really want a second handset and the buds to take the direct route, but there are, either way, some notable options here today. 

We came away thoroughly impressed with the OnePlus Open foldable after getting hands-on, saying it delivers “stellar foldable hardware and a wild multitasking system.” The 7.82-inch main display joins a 6.31-inch screen on the outside for one of the lightest foldables on the market powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. 

Just be warned that the new OnePlus Open 2 is all but imminent at this point, and quite possibly soon at that. The chances of scoring one of those at $400+ off in the early days is thin, but it is definitely on the way now – here’s the latest:
