Amazon has dropped the price on the Dyson V8 Plus Cordless Vacuum Cleaner to $349.99 shipped. Down from its usual $470 price tag, it’s been keeping to its full rate at Amazon since late December. While we did see it go as low as $280 for Black Friday and Cyber Monday, today’s deal is still cutting a solid $120 off the going rate, dropping it to the fourth-lowest price we have tracked overall and the best we’ve seen so far in 2025. What’s more – it’s currently sitting at the same price as the standard V8 package, which doesn’t include the additional attachments.
For nearly five years I’ve had the Dyson V8 Plus in my home, and even after being stored in a closet to make way for an alternate brand for a year, it still runs perfectly after that model failed to maintain its performance. The battery affords you 40 continuous minutes of use before needing to charge again, with slight variations in that time depending on power levels, dust/debris amounts, floor types, and attachments being used – of which there are four included here. The de-tangling motorbar cleaner head is also a nice feature here, as it prevents hair from tangling around it and locking up the system (within the realm of reason) while still providing deeper cleanings for your carpets and hard floors while doing so.
