Amazon is serving up another chance to score one of Apple’s latest Ultra 2 band designs back at the lowest price we have tracked. This time around it is the M/L size Trail Loop with the new Green colorway and the Black Titanium finish – a perfect option for the new black Ultra 2 we featured on sale this morning – on sale down at $85.99 shipped to match the Amazon low.
Regularly $99, you’re looking at nearly 15% in savings and the lowest price we can find. Outside of the previous-generation colors (mainly the Blue/Gray and striped Orange/Beige Trail Loops), this deal is also on par with the same discount we have tracked on all of the new 2024 Ultra band models Apple introduced last September alongside the new black Ultra 2.
Now clearly, your Ultra 2 came with a band anyway, and there are loads of third-party options out there (many of which are much less pricey than Apple’s). That said, Apple’s offerings are still among the best out there if you ask me, and if you’re looking inject your band collection with its new green Trail treatment, now’s your shot at the lowest we have tracked.
By now everyone knows how much I love the Apple Alpine Loops, but the Trail might be the cleanest and most minimalist option in the official Ultra 2 band lineup. It features a nylon weave that is said to deliver a “soft band with increased elasticity for a comfortable fit” – I mostly agree with Apple description here. The pull tab clasp also makes easy fit and adjustments on the fly.
