Google’s most affordable Pixel Tablet just dropped $100 at Amazon to $299 shipped

While Amazon has now brought back the deal we spotted on the 256GB model at $120 off, it is also now offering the most affordable latest-generation Google Pixel Tablet down at $299 shipped. Regularly $399, this is a straight up $100 price drop and the lowest price we can find. Today’s deal, which is now live on the Hazel and Porcelain colorways, delivers 25% in savings to match the lowest price we have tracked this year and lands within $20 of the 2024 Black Friday price.

The only way to score one for any less from a reputable source would be to scope out the Best Buy open-box listings at $231.99 shipped – “excellent condition” with a full 1-year warranty. 

While, as we pointed out previously, the 128GB configurations of these tablets (and those like them) are starting to feel a little underwhelming and under-powered, folks just looking for a more affordable casual tablet experience might not want to drop the extra $80 for double the storage. If you’re just using the Pixel tab as a control hub for your smart home gear – “access and adjust your compatible thermostats, lights, locks, and cameras” – or for casual couch browsing and video chatting, the storage isn’t going to matter all that much.
