Lucky folks with a fast trigger finger had a chance to score the entry-level 2-port 50W Twelve South PlugBug with Find My for $20 Prime shipped via Woot this past weekend – that deal did not last long. As we detailed previously, that offer was a seriously great one, but it also only came with a 90-day Woot warranty and did not include the higher-end 120W 4-port model. Fortunately, this model is now down to a new Amazon all-time low today at $79.35 shipped with the full, proper warranty.
Regularly $120, today’s deal lands with nearly 35% in savings on the far more versatile and capable 4-port model to deliver the lowest price we have tracked to date. The previous Amazon all-time low had this one in the $93 range.
It’s certainly not the $20 we saw this past weekend for a few hours at Woot, but it does include the full warranty and also the more premium setup – this one is more powerful at 120W and include four USB-C ports along the bottom of the charger to power your entire travel kit.
As you’ll know from my hands-on review, I love just about everything about this charger. But it’s really all about the Find My action here. The intelligently-distributed power is a nice touch – it will automatically choose which of your connected devices needs the most juice, the foldable outlet prongs are a must for my travel and EDC kits, but the Apple tracking is wonderful.
It features a removable battery around back, onboard speaker so you can trigger an audible chime from your phone, and full connectivity with the Apple Find My network, including Left Behind notification so you never leave it behind (for very long) in the a hotel room, the airport, or otherwise.
