Amazon just dropped the flagship wireless Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar back to the $699 shipped Black Friday price for the first time this year. Regularly $899, this $200 price drop is matching the best price we have tracked on this model in brand-new condition since its debut. Today’s deal is available on both the black and white models too. 

While we did recently see a Bose refurbished unit listing drop down to $599, which was one of the lowest prices we have tracked all-time low on this sound bar, today’s deal is on par with the best brand-new price. At the time of writing, the Bose refurbished listing with the same warranty as the new model above is currently on sale for $629 shipped. 

Bose is easily one of the best names in the audio business and, to my ears, goes toe-to-toe with just about every other popular brand out there, home theater gear included. This, as the name suggests, is the Ultra flagship model that delivers Bose’s A.I. Dialogue Mode – “balances voice and surround sound for ultra-crisp vocal clarity” – alongside a bevy of smart features and connectivity options, including  Alexa and Google voice control support as well as AirPlay 2 casting and Spotify Connect connectivity for cranking up the tunes between Netflix binging and movies. 

It carries six transducers made up of a pair of custom-engineered upward firing dipole speakers and is ready to go right out of the box – “Place the Bluetooth soundbar wherever you want, or connect the wireless speaker to your TV with the included optical audio cable and HDMI eARC cable.”
