Native Union’s sweet plant-based leather Apple Watch band sees major 50% price drop, now at $30 Amazon low

Native Union is one of those Apple accessory brands that somehow both flies under the radar and manages to easily stand out in the pack. I came away notably impressed with its latest (RE) Classic 3.0 iPhone 16 case after going hands-on with it and its special brand of eco leather last fall, and now we are tracking a sizable 50% price drop on the matching Apple Watch band. The brand’s official Amazon storefront is now offering its (RE) Classic Strap for Apple Watch down at $29.99 in three different colors. Shipping is free for Prime members or in orders over $35. This model is compatible with all 44mm/45mm/46mm/49mm models, according to the listing. 

Regularly $60, you can now score a straight up 50% off the black, Slate Green, and Kraft (a sort of light brown/yellow vibe) colorways. Rarely ever on sale, all three models are now at Amazon all-time low pricing. 

Native Union’s gear features a special attention to detail in the design department. This isn’t just a simple piece of plant-based leather trying to look like any old traditional leather strap. While I am every much a fan of simple, classic full-grain leather treatments, there’s always been something that just stands out about the Native Union vibe and this watch exemplifies that wonderfully for me – the cross hatch detailing, threaded accents, extremely minimalist “/“ branding, and the softer underside made from a more natural colorway. 

Another notable aspect of the design is the integrated lugs – the band’s Apple Watch connectors sit right up against the Apple Watch case for a flush, seamless look – as well as the metal buckle hardware.
