Lenovo made a huge splash at CES earlier this year by announcing the launch of its new Legion Go S PC gaming handhelds. These handhelds, in case you missed them during CES, are the first third-party handhelds to ship with Steam Deck’s SteamOS software. The new SteamOS Legion Go S handhelds are now up for pre-order, and you can snag them right now from Best Buy starting at $549.99 shipped. The latest models now up for grabs will join the existing Windows-powered variant that first hit the scene right after CES for $729.99 shipped. Head below for more details and a closer look at the new devices.

Lenovo’s brand-new SteamOS-powered handhelds start at $549.99 shipped, and the base variant is powered by AMD’s Ryzen Z2 Go processor with 16GB and 512GB SSD. This particular variant sports an 8-inch IPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and it comes with a microSD card slot to let you add more storage. You can also pre-order a variant of this handheld which is powered by AMD’s Ryzen Z1 Extreme chip. This particular unit comes with 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD, and it can be had for $749.99 shipped in the same Nebula colorway.

This one comes in white and shares the same features and rest of the specifications as the SteamOS models highlighted above. And if you’d rather not wait for these new units to go on sale, you can buy the Legion Go S Windows model powered by Ryzen Go 2 chip, 32GB RAM, and 1TB SSD for $729.99 shipped right now. This is the model that went on sale earlier this year and is now readily available.
