As we have detailed in the past, the actual value of Apple gift cards can be hit or miss. It is indeed $100 you can spend on just about anything Apple sells, but you might want to avoid the actual tech – Macs, MacBooks, iPads, AirPods, and so on. Even with the bonus $100 credit you’re often times going to be spending a whole lot more buying just about any of this gear straight from Apple rather than through the many deals we post here at 9to5Toys day in and day out.
