We are now tracking a deal at Amazon that drops 8Bitdo’s Xbox Edition R8 wireless gaming mouse down to $47.99 shipped. Regularly $60, this unique wireless gaming mouse is now seeing a 20% markdown. Today’s deal takes $12 off this model’s usual going rate, landing the steepest price discount we’ve tracked for it so far. This mouse debuted alongside the Xbox Edition Retro 87 TKL keyboard which is currently at $110.39 shipped, down from its usual price of $120, and you can learn more about it below.

This officially licensed Xbox Edition gaming mouse sports a translucent green-colored shell similar to the iconic transparent green edition of the original Xbox console. The included charging dock also has a similar design with a see-through shell that lets you see the internals which makes it stand out. As far as the features are concerned, the Retro R8 mouse comes packed with a PAW 3395 optical sensor with support for 26K DPI. It offers tri-mode connectivity via Bluetooth, 2.4G wireless, and wired USB-C, and it also has four programmable buttons – two on each side. Other highlights of the Retro R8 mouse include an ambidextrous design with left/right-hand mode switching, pre-installed Kailh Sword GM X Micro switches rated for 100 million clicks, support for the brand’s Ultimate software, and more.

This deal on 8Bitdo’s wireless gaming mouse follows the one that dropped Alienware’s pro-grade wireless gaming mouse to $90. It’s Alienware’s lightest gaming mouse and is down from its usual price of $150.
