New 2025 ecobee HomeKit Smart Thermostat Essential returns to $114 Amazon all-time low today

Amazon is now offering folks another shot at the extremely short-lived all-time low on the new 2025 ecobee Smart Thermostat Essential. While not a massive deal, this is the latest release from a lauded brand that already doesn’t offer a ton of deals – the regularly $130 smart HVAC controller has now dropped down to $114.15 shipped and it might not last for long. 

Again this isn’t a massive price drop or anything, but it is a brand new release, the most affordable offering in the lineup, and it is now back down at the lowest price we have tracked to date. We did feature an early deal at $119, but it very quickly popped down to the same $114 we have here today before jumping back up within an hour. All things considered it might very well do that again, so while we can’t know for sure, if you’re looking to score one it might be a good to jump on this while you can. 

This is the new Essential model – it delivers all of the usual ecobee thermostat smart control you would expect, just in a less premium package with a smaller 2.8-inch touchscreen and without the included Smartsensor or Air Quality Monitor. It does, however deliver the Apple HomeKit and Alexa support as well as the ecobee aesthetics I have been raving about for quite some time (just without the steel bezel):
