Also matched at Amazon where it has lately been sitting at the $180 mark, this is straight-up a $30 discount. Today’s deal brings this model down to its lowest price of the year, matching the 2025 low we previously saw for the heatsink version earlier this month. The Samsung 990 Pro is still one of the fastest Gen 4 SSDs available in 2025. It comes in 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB capacities, delivering sequential read and write speeds up to 7,450 MB/s and 6,900 MB/s, respectively. This M.2 2280 drive works with most motherboards that have a 2280 slot, but you’ll need PCIe Gen 4.0 support to unlock its full performance.
