Amazon’s early Prime Day deals are flooding in this week with some of the best prices of the year now live on Fire tablets, Echo Auto, Fire TV Sticks, and the Echo smart speakers, and now we are moving over to the Echo Show smart displays. You’ll find a couple different models on sale right now for Prime members, but the one that caught our eye was the latest model Amazon Echo Show 5 down at $59.99 shipped. Regularly $90, this is 33% off the going rate and the lowest price we can find.
The emerging trend among the early Prime Day deals on Amazon’s in-house tech is new 2025 lows. Much like we have already featured across the stable of Amazon tech, the Echo Show 5 is now $5 under all of the other deals we have tracked on Amazon this year to mark a new 2025 low.
Just as the name suggests, Amazon’s Echo Show lineup delivers a smart display for the kitchen counter, nightstand, or anywhere else really. While it does also double down as a streaming speaker, it boasts an onboard display so you “can see news and weather at a glance, make video calls, view compatible cameras, stream music and shows, and more.” The onboard 2MP camera supports video chatting features and the ability to “drop in on your home when you’re out or view the front door from your Echo Show 5 with compatible video doorbells.”
