Aqara gets in on Amazon’s Prime Day sale with new all-time lows on Apple HomeKit Doorbell camera, smart locks, more from $55

Aqara is rolling out fresh price cuts across a good selection of its gear as part of the ongoing Prime Day sale event. Aqara, for those that don’t know, is a popular name in the smart home space – one that we feature a lot around here at 9to5Toys. Many of the brand’s popular releases like its HomeKit Doorbell cameras, smart locks, and more are currently on sale for Prime Day, and we’re looking at some fresh lows on them with up to 38% off. These are some of the best prices we have tracked for Aqara’s smart home gear, and you can get all the details below.

Aqara Smart Lock U100

One of the standout deals from the Aqara Prime Day sale is the Smart Lock U100 which is now available for $124.99 shipped down from its regular $190 price tag. That’s a 34% discount and $8 lower than our previous mention earlier this year from its Spring sale, marking the lowest price we’ve tracked for this smart deadbolt lock. The U100 is designed to integrate seamlessly with Apple HomeKit, Alexa, and Google smart home ecosystems, and it offers multiple ways to unlock your door – tap your iPhone or Apple Watch with Apple Home Key, use the fingerprint sensor, or access it via the touchscreen keypad. You can even use a physical key to lock and unlock your door, though you’ll hardly find yourself doing once you’ve set up the other ways to lock/unlock it. Other standout features include support for temporary guest passcodes, and compatibility with Matter when paired with a compatible Aqara hub, making it a versatile and future-proof option for smart home users.

Alongside its deal on the U100 model, Aqara is also discounting its latest Smart Lock U300 down to $169.99 shipped – a 26% drop from its usual $230 price. This marks the lowest price we’ve tracked for one of Aqara’s most advanced smart locks, offering a full-featured access control solution with multiple unlocking methods. The U300 is designed to replace traditional levers and knobs which makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, be it for side doors, garage entries, home offices, or basements. It supports Matter over Thread for faster performance, enhanced security, and improved automation, while delivering a battery life of up to 10 months.

The U300 Smart Lock is no slouch when it comes to unlocking options, and it supports fingerprint recognition with storage for up to 50 prints, Apple Home Key for one-tap unlocking with your iPhone or Apple Watch, and more. The U300 even works seamlessly with Apple Home using devices like HomePod or Apple TV 4K as a hub (no Aqara hub is required), and you can also manage guest access directly through the Apple Home app to share digital keys with friends, family, or service providers.

Aqara Camera Hub G5 Pro

Another standout deal from Aqara’s Prime Day sale gets you its latest Camera Hub G5 Pro for outdoor surveillance. Specifically, the Wi-Fi model of the G5 Pro hub is currently on sale down at $129.99 shipped, which is $50 less than its usual going rate of $180. As one of the newly released models, the Camera Hub G5 Pro comes with all the latest features you’d expect from a capable camera. It comes with built-in Zigbee 3.0 and Thread, meaning you won’t need a separate hub to connect Aqara devices or even Matter-enabled gear from other brands. It integrates smoothly with major smart home platforms like Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Samsung SmartThings, and it also supports the RTSP protocol for broader compatibility.

Apple users can also get good value out of this camera as it supports HomeKit Secure Video. This is the lowest price we have tracked for this video doorbell to date which is equipped with HomeKit Secure Video support right out of the box. It’s centered around a 1080p FHD sensor that pairs to your home’s network wirelessly over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connections.

You can either wire this video doorbell into place on your porch or mount it pretty much anywhere while running on four AA batteries. In addition to HomeKit features like secure connections, cloud video storage, and on-device AI detection, the Video Doorbell G4 also comes bundled with a chime to provide audible alerts for events such as motion or doorbell rings. Presence Sensor FP2

Aqara’s Presence Sensor FP2 is also getting a notable price cut as part of the ongoing Prime Day sale, and it’s now down at $54.99 shipped. Regularly $83, it’s now seeing a solid 34% markdown to land within cents of the lowest price we’ve tracked for this model. The FP2 is far more advanced than a typical motion sensor, and it can cover up to 430 square feet of space and even let you to divide it into up to 30 zones – like your bed, desk, or couch – each with its own unique automation triggers. It’s perfect for executing smart automations like turning the lights on when you enter the room or stopping the music when you leave the room.

The highlight of the FP2 senser, however, is its use of mmWave radar, light, and motion detection to precisely sense presence and even detecting falls. It can track movement and occupancy in real time without relying on cameras or cloud-based processing, so it does everything without sending your data to the cloud. Notably, the FP2 also supports Apple HomeKit, Alexa, and Google Home, allowing for wide compatibility and rich automation.
