Amazon’s latest Echo Show 5 delivers video calling, smart home control, and more at $65 (Reg. $90)

While not quite as low as we saw for Prime Day last month, the latest model Amazon Echo Show 5 is now within $5 of the best price of the year. Regularly $90, this tabletop smart home controller and video call device is now nearly 30% off and on par with the rest of the discounts we have tracked on Amazon across 2025. 

The Amazon Echo Show 5 regularly carries a $90 list price but you can now land one down at $64.99 shipped. Again, that’s close to 30% off and within $5 of this year’s official Prime Day price. 

It’s mostly all in the name here, but for those unfamiliar, the Echo Show 5 delivers a tablet top, nightstand, or kitchen counter device that presents a 5.5-inch color display to provide direct access to your Alexa smart devices alongside the ability to “see news and weather at a glance, make video calls, view compatible cameras, stream music and shows, and more.” Its onboard 2MP sensor doubles as an indoor camera of sorts so you can “check in on your family, pets, and more.”

From there, you’ll also have the ability to display your own photos in between use as well as leverage the onboard speaker – it can effectively function like an Echo smart speaker as well with access to Amazon Music, Spotify, and Prime Video.
