While the big-time 2025 M4 MacBook Air deals roll on at $200 off, this morning ushered in a solid discount on the 24GB 15-inch M3 model at $400+ off, and now we are looking at the 13-inch variant. Arguably a more universally-appealing config, if not only for the lower price point, Amazon is now offering the 13-inch 24GB M3 MacBook Air at one of the lowest price we have tracked to date.

Sony has launched its official Back to School Headphone Sale with deals from $45.

Amazon has the 2024 model 13-inch M3 MacBook Air with 24GB of RAM and the 512GB SSD down at $999 shipped. This model went for $1,699 before Apple upgraded the RAM tiers that effectively dropped its MSRP down to $1,499. 

Today’s deal is $500 off the latest list price on this config, $400 under the price of the comparable M4 variant, and $200 less than the deal we have right now on the M4 MacBook Air with the same RAM and storage specs. 

Here are those two models at a glance for reference – Apple lowered the regular price on the MacBook Air this year:

The price comparison on the 13-inch M3 we are featuring here today is the same as the 24GB M3 15-inch model we detailed this morning as well. 

You can indeed score the comparable 2025 M4 machine for $200 more, and that’s certainly not a bad option, but chances are it’s going to be quite sometime (perhaps even a year) before we see a 24GB M4 MacBook Air with a 512GB SSD at $999 shipped.
