Heads up: Samsung now offering a massive $470 off unlocked 512GB Galaxy Z Fold 7 (All colors, no trade needed)

Update 8/20 at 7:39 a.m. ET: Samsung seems to have backed out on the additional $170 in savings on the 512GB model at this point – it is now just $300 off. We will keep a close eye on it in case it comes back.

We have been tracking some notable post-launch discounts on the latest Galaxy Z Fold 7 this week already, but Samsung just took things up a notch again. We were previously tracking $300 off all configurations, however Samsung is now offering the 512GB model at $470 off the going rate for the best cash discount we have tracked since launch. 

The 512GB Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 carries a list price at $2,120 and is currently on sale for $1,780 over at Amazon. But directly from the Samsung site you’ll now find this formerly $300 off configuration marked down to $1,649.99 shipped, or $470 off the list price. 

It is also worth nothing that both the entry-level 256GB Fold 7 and the top-tier 1TB models are also now at even lower prices with $350 in savings as well. That said, you’ll want topasson the 256GB model right now as it is at the same price as the 512GB is right now:

• Galaxy Z Fold 7 512GB $1,650 (Reg. $2,120)
• Galaxy Z Fold 7 1TB $2,070 (Reg. $2,420)

Clearly the 512GB variant is delivering the seriously notable value right now at $470 off. But whichever model you go for, you’ll need head over to the official Samsung listing page, select your configuration and color of choice on the top right and then scroll down a touch to the “Samsung Trade-in” section and choose “No, Get $200 Samsung Instant Savings” to redeem the deal prices (seen below). 

If, however, you do have gear to flip towards your new Z Fold 7, you’ll want to choose the “Yes, Save up to $1,000” option in the “Samsung Trade-in” section and follow the steps that pop-up to start the process.
