We just spotted a deal at Amazon that drops Microsoft’s 2025 Surface Laptop with Snapdragon X Plus chip down to $799.99 shipped. This particular model with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD debuted for $1,000 earlier this year and has lately been sitting at the $900 mark. It dropped to $840 during the Prime Day sale last month, but today’s deal beats that with an additional $40 discount. This is one of Microsoft’s latest budget-friendly Surface Laptops powered by Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon X Plus chip, which Microsoft claims offers up to 50% better performance compared to the Surface Laptop 5 with 12th-gen Intel chips. The deal highlighted here is for the 16GB/512GB model, and it sports a 13-inch 1920 x 1280 touchscreen with support for up to 60Hz refresh rate.
