Amazon is now offering all four colors of the base model, 2-port M4 iMac down at $1,149 shipped. Regularly $1,299, this is $150 off the list price and on par with the best deals we have tracked on this model over the last couple months.

Today’s $150 price drop on the latest and most affordable Apple AiO machine is matching the same deal we saw for the Prime Day festivities this year and delivers the lowest price we can find.

This is the model with the 8-core internals, 16GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage that makes for a notable, casual desktop machine for the whole family, and, frankly looks great doing it too. That said there are some discounts across the lineup right now as well:

The iMac certainly isn’t the most affordable or popular model Mac out there, but has a few things going for it in the sense that you can literally just unbox this thing and it’s ready to go – you don’t need to secure (pay for) peripherals like you do with a Mac mini (mouse, keyboard, and display). It also makes for a much more attractive solution for a family machine that rests in a more centralized place in the home, if you ask me.

Apple M4 iMac features:

iMac. The world’s best all-in-one desktop. Built for Apple Intelligence. Supercharged by the M4 chip, browsing and multitasking across apps feels snappier. With a stunning 24-inch 4.5K Retina display in an iconic design and advanced camera, mics, and speakers. iMac is brilliant for work and play.  Apple Intelligence is the personal intelligence system that helps you write, express yourself, and get things done effortlessly. With groundbreaking privacy protections, it gives you peace of mind that no one else can access your data — not even Apple.
