Update: Amazon has now dropped the price a touch more to undercut this year’s Prime Day price. Details below in the original post.

Amazon is now offering a solid price drop to secure your outdoor or indoor space with a 2-pack of the latest Google Nest Cams. More specifically, you’re looking at a pair of Nest Cam (outdoor or indoor, battery) models down at $249.99 $245.99 shipped to land on par with this year’s Prime Day price and the lowest we have tracked on Amazon in 2025.

A pair of these smart cameras carries a regular list price at $330 – a rate they still often fetch on Amazon. Today’s deal knocks $80 off the going rate to deliver the lowest price we can find.

And just for reference, a single one of these cameras carries a $180 list price – the 2-pack deal we have brings each camera down to $125. Previous to the Prime Day festivities last month, the most readily available deal we have tracked on a single Google Nest Cam was at $130.

As the slightly awkward official name clearly indicates, you’re looking at Google second-generation battery-powered smart cameras that are made to work both indoors and to withstand the elements outside of your home to keep an eye on your property.

The wireless action can make for a much more versatile and simple installation process, considering you don’t have to run power leads or have access to an outdoor outlet, with the usual set of expected smart camera features at the ready – HD feeds sent to your smarty device of choice, night vision, two-way talk, and notification alerts. Nest Cams can also “automatically store up to one hour of recorded events” even if there’s power outage or your Wi-Fi gets knocked out for whatever reason.

Google Nest Cam features:

Who’s in the garden? Are the kids doing their homework yet? Nest Cam is wire-free, so it goes almost anywhere, outside or in. It knows the difference between people, animals, and vehicles, so you can get the alerts that are important to you. Listen and speak through the camera right from the Google Home app. Check in anytime with 24/7 live view. If you miss a notification, you can always go back and see what happened with 3 hours of free event video history. And it’s easy to install yourself – no outlet or wires required. Nest Camera Battery requires the Google Home app and a Google Account – it’s not compatible with the Nest app or the home.nest.com site.
