Apple somewhat quietly released a new 2025 MagSafe Charger last week. It is effectively the same thing as the 2024 model, just with official support for Qi2 – so it can deliver up to 25W of juice to more than just iPhone 16 and 17 devices. The new model comes in two sizes: 1-meter for $39 and the 2-meter model that is currently already on sale at just over $34. However, Amazon has dropped the 25W 2024 model Apple MagSafe Charger down its best price of the year at $27.90 with free shipping for Prime members  or in orders over $35.

The 1-meter 2024 model carried the same regular list price as the new 2025 model at $39. With today’s deal you can land one at nearly 30% off the original list price to deliver the lowest price we have tracked all year on a 25W Apple MagSafe charger.

Now again, just to reiterate, the new 25W model is basically identical, but it does appear to have official support for Qi2. So while the 2024 model we are featuring here today delivers the same amount of power at 25W, it can only do so for iPhone 16 and 17. The newer model will presumably be able to deliver that sort of juice to any Qi2 device that supports 25W.

Today’s Apple deals also include the very first price drop on AirPods Pro 3 alongside offers on Apple Watch Ultra 3, the official Apple iPhone 17/Pro and Air cases, the chargers you’ll find below and more:

Apple MagSafe Charger features:

  • DESIGNED BY APPLE — This MagSafe Charger makes wireless charging fast, easy, and convenient. The perfectly aligned magnets attach to iPhone 12 or later models featuring MagSafe.
  • FASTER WIRELESS CHARGING — The MagSafe Charger provides faster wireless charging up to 25W — up to 50 percent battery in around 30 minutes* for iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro when paired with the 30W USB-C Power Adapter.
  • * Testing conducted by Apple in August 2024 using preproduction iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max units and software, and Apple MagSafe Chargers (1-meter Model A2580 and 2-meter Model A3250) with Apple USB-C Power Adapter (30W Model A2164). Fast-charge testing conducted with drained iPhone units. Times measured from the appearance of the Apple logo as the unit started up. Charge time varies with settings and environmental factors; actual results will vary.
  • COMPATIBLE WITH QI2 and QI CHARGING — Can be used to wirelessly charge your iPhone 8 or later, as well as AirPods models with a wireless charging case, as you would with any Qi2 or Qi-certified charger.
