As part of its ongoing GeForce Week sale event, Walmart is offering MSI’s Aegis R2 gaming PC with i5-14400F/16GB/1TB/RTX 5050 for $649 shipped. Normally listed at $900, this deal takes $251 off the regular price, making it one of the best value picks in the event. While Best Buy also has discounts on similar MSI rigs, Walmart’s discount here is noticeably deeper and marks the lowest price we have tracked for it. Head below for more details, along with deals on other PCs and laptops from the sale.

The MSI Aegis R2 PC highlighted here is an already affordable value-packed rig from the brand, but it’s now going for even less. It’s powered by Intel’s Core i5-14400F 10-core processor, coupled with 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD. The graphics are handled by NVIDIA’s RTX 5050 GPU 8GB VRAM, which should be able to handle the modern titles out there without any issues, especially with NVIDIA’s latest DLSS optimizations in place. The internals are all packed inside a black-colored airflow-centric PC case with mesh panels, and some of its other highlights include a bundled MSI mouse and keyboard, pre-installed RGB fans, and an air-cooler for the CPU, among other things.
