The Lexar NM790 is a high-performance PCIe NVMe Gen 4 SSD, delivering read and write speeds of up to 7,400 MB/s and 6,500 MB/s, respectively. It comes in capacities ranging from 1TB to 8TB, all powered by the reliable Maxio MAP1602 controller and backed by a 5-year warranty. The model on sale today doesn’t include a pre-installed heatsink, but you can easily get one for around $7 if you’re using it with a PS5 or a PC motherboard that lacks its SSD heatsink.
