Apple’s 24GB M3 MacBook Air back to Amazon all-time low at $600 off orig. list price ($500 less than M4)

Just after seeing Amazon bring back the $200 price drops on the most affordable 2025 M4 MacBook Air this morning, it has also brought back all-time low pricing on the 15-inch 24GB M3 variant from 2024. It might not be the latest model, but we are talking about a giant $600 price drop on the most recent list price and a deal that lands $300 under the deal price on the comparable M4 machine. 

Amazon is now offering the 15-inch M3 MacBook Air with 24GB of RAM and the 512GB internal SSD down at $1,099 shipped in Starlight and Space Gray. This is matching the lowest price we have tracked on Amazon for this machine. 

And, as mentioned above, it lands at $500 under the list price on the comparable 15-inch 24GB M4 machine, and $300 under the current sale price on Apple’s latest via Amazon. 

It is also worth remembering that this machine actually fetched $1,899 before Apple nixed the 8GB RAM tier and effectively lowered the list price to $1,699 on this M3 machine thereafter. 

Either way, this deal was last time around and is once again now one of the better values in MacBooks right now. It might not be the new M4 machine, but we aren’t talking about some ancient Apple laptop here – it debuted in mid 2024 and remains a compelling option when it’s seeing a deep sale price like it is today.
