Amazon is still offering the Starlight 24GB M3 MacBook Air down at $1,099, as part of the now live Best Buy Apple Outlet sale you will find the 13-inch 24GB M3 MacBook Air starting down at $1,049.99 shipped in refurbished condition – that’s $649 under the original price and ships with a 90-day Best Buy warranty. While we have seen this particular machine go for less, deals on the Midnight model we have here today are becoming increasingly rare. It can be difficult to find this machine in stock at all. Considering  a 13-inch 24GB M4 machine goes for $1,399 and has never dropped below $1,179 (almost never under $1,199), this might be a configuration worth considering for some. 

The 24GB 13-inch M3 MacBook Air started life with a $1,699 list price before the official RAM shuffle nixed the 8GB tier and effectively dropped the price on this machine to $1,499. You’re looking at a relatively rare chance to save as much as $649 off the Midnight model that is completely out of stock at Amazon – this is $349 under the price of the comparable M4 variant. 

You could try your hand at just waiting for the M3 Midnight to come back in stock, or just wait for the M4 to drop down in price again (we will definitely see it at $200 off before the year is out), but there’s no telling how much longer the deeply discounted Midnight M3 variants will still be available for at this point.
