Apple’s new M5-powered MacBook Pro and iPad Pro now up for pre-order at Amazon

As you’ll from our coverage at 9to5Mac this morning, Apple has now officially unleashed its next-generation M5-powered MacBook Pro lineup alongside the new M5 iPad Pro. Pre-orders are now live, and if you have some Amazon or Best Buy store credit in the holster to land an early deal, we are starting to see the new models go up for pre-order right now.

This year’s lineup once again comes in Space Black and Silver with the same storage/RAM tiers as last go around. Apple, as we reported previously, will be holding off on the new M5 Pro and M5 Max models until next year presumably.

  • M5 MacBook Pro 16GB/1TB $1,799
  • M5 MacBook Pro 24GB/1TB $1,999

Update: The new M5 MacBook Pro models are now live and up for pre-order at Best Buy as well.
