Amazon just knocked $279 off this 512GB M3 iPad Air, now at best price ever

We featured a deal late last week on the 512GB M3 iPad Air with the cell connectivity at a new all-time low. But after a pair of additional price drops, we are now looking at nearly $280 off the list price and a new Amazon all-time low once again. 

Amazon is now offering the 13-inch M3 iPad Air with 512GB of storage and the cellular upgrade down at $969.98 shipped. This is a $1,249 configuration sitting down at the best price we have ever tracked on Amazon. 

While at this point only the Starlight colorway is down this low, and chances are that will remain the case if pas special discounts on the M3 lineup are any indication, we are talking about one of the best M3 iPad Air deals yet. This is a more pricey configuration, but it is still more or less right down the middle of the lineup and is currently landing under the price of the Wi-Fi only models.

We will keep an eye out for additional colors dropping in price, but as of right now the rest of them are starting at a much higher $1,142 shipped. 

Apple has just refreshed the iPad Pro lineup with the new M5 chip, but it looks like it will leave the iPad Air as is until something closer to spring 2026 at this point. If you ask me the M2 iPad Air is still a solid apple tablet for folks not looking to replace their MacBook with an iPad, and the same will almost certainly ring true at this time next year on the M3 models if you ask me.
