This morning Amazon has dropped the price on the regularly $399 Google Pixel Tablet down to $279 shipped. This is the most affordable Porcelain model sitting down at the second-best price we have tracked there all year.
Amazon is now offering the 128GB Google Pixel Tablet down at $279 shipped. Regularly $399, and currently still fetching as much on the Google Store, this is 30% off, or $120 under the list price and the lowest we can find.
While we did see this model fall to $249 for Prime Day this year, you are looking a the second lowest deal price of the year at Amazon. Just take note that we are just a few weeks away from Black Friday at this point and there’s no telling how low this tablet might drop. The Google Pixel Tablet Prime Day deals weren’t exactly stable this year – constantly going in and out of stock – and that might be the case for Black Friday as well, but you have been warned.
Nonetheless this is clearly a solid discount on what is still Google’s latest tablet offering, delivering a notable companion to Pixel/Android smartphones and making for a useful smart home controller for folks planted in the Google Home/Nest ecosystem – “manage your smart home devices with your voice or a tap on the home panel; access and adjust your compatible thermostats, lights, locks, and cameras.
