Just after seeing early Black Friday offers prompt Amazon to knock at least $150 off every single M3 iPad Air configuration over the weekend, it has now put the iPad mini 7 on sale as well. You will now find all models in the lineup marked down by $100 with discounts now starting at $399 shipped

Amazon is now offering Apple’s latest iPad mini running on the A17 Pro chip starting from $399 shipped, with the 256GB model at $499, and the 512GB at $699:

These deals were ushered in by the Week 1 Target early Black Friday deals that went live on Sunday (yesterday) – all model and colors are also on sale there but you will pay $1 more on each of them.

A trend is already emerging – even though Amazon hasn’t even officially announced its Black Friday sale dates just yet (it will surely start well before Thanksgiving), it will and already has been price matching aggressively well ahead of time anyway, much like it is here on iPad mini.

Here’s the thing though: We have seen iPad mini 7 at $100 a number of times and it tends to drop an additional $20 during major sale and holiday events across 2025. We are assuming and, frankly, expecting this to happen again for Black Friday at some point – you have been warned. Whether or not the $20 in savings is enough to wait is up to you, but $20 is $20, and it could drop even lower than that. Likely not by much, but it could happen.

iPad mini 7 features:

iPad mini. Built for Apple Intelligence. It’s incredibly portable and powerful, featuring the ultrafast A17 Pro chip, an 8.3-inch Liquid Retina display, plus superfast Wi-Fi 6E. And it works with Apple Pencil Pro, so you can study, work, play, and create from anywhere. Apple Intelligence is the personal intelligence system that helps you write, express yourself, and get things done effortlessly. With groundbreaking privacy protections, it gives you peace of mind that no one else can access your data—not even Apple. Coming this fall.
