Apple’s most affordable 13-inch M4 iPad Pro is now $250 off at Amazon – one of the best prices ever

Earlier this week we spotted Costco knocking the most affordable 11-inch M4 iPad Pro model down to its one of the lowest prices we have ever tracked. And today it’s Amazon’s turn. Moving up to the more sizable 13-inch variant, Amazon is now offering the least pricey 256GB model in Space Black at $250 off the original list price – the best we have tracked in over 6 months there, and very close to the lowest price ever. 

Amazon is now offering the 256GB 13-inch M4 iPad Pro in Space Black down at $1,049 shipped. This configuration carried a $1,299 list price and is now $250 less than that.

We have seen deeper discounts on the higher-end models, like this 1TB M4 iPad Pro cell model at $300 off, as well as some previous exclusive offers for readers on the 1TB and 2TB nano-texture variants at as much as $500 off, but the most affordable models in the lineup have never really seen deals like that – $250 off on the least expensive 13-incher is quite a notable price. 

How does all of this stack up to the new M5 iPad Pro? Well, firstly the new model is by and large the same as the M4, just with Apple’s state-of-the-art, latest-generation M5 chip. That’s not insignificant or anything, but you’re going to be paying much closer to full price for one of those right now. And considering how rare it has been to see the 256GB M4 iPad Pro configurations at $200 off or better, it might be quite a while before we see that on the new model. We can’t say for sure, and it is Black Friday season, but as of right now the comparable M5 machine is roughly $50 off the list $1,299 list price and it’s hard to imagine it dropping a full $250 before year’s end.
