Just after seeing some of the M3 iPad Air models drop $149 at Amazon, the drastically more affordable iPad 11 is now on sale this morning too. Amazon is now offering the base model iPad (A16) down at $279 shipped with additional colorways also matched at Best Buy.
Apple’s most affordable current-generation iPad with the 11-inch Liquid Retina Display, 128GB of storage, 12MP front and back cameras, and Touch ID is now starting down at $279 shipped. This one carries a $349 list price, but is more regularly sold for between $300 and $320 at Amazon.

Today’s deal matches the Amazon Black Friday Week sale, but we did catch select colors dropping as low as $272 for a brief time come Cyber Monday.
Nonetheless, you’re looking at a wonderfully affordable option as far as current-gen iPad models go. It certainly isn’t nearly as powerful as the M3 iPad Air, but it is a solid solution for the whole family that won’t break the bank. It is entirely capable of handling just about all typical browsing and social media action, not to mention the 12MP cameras for video calling. There is no Apple Intelligence support here, but most folks looking towards this model either already know what they are in for here, or will hardly notice the difference.
