The latest Bose SoundLink Flex Portable Speaker (2nd Gen) rarely drops below $129 and $119 in regular events, but today we spotted the Sage colorway down among the lowest prices ever at $99 shipped.
Regularly $159 after an official price hike last fall, the Bose SoundLink Flex Portable Speaker (2nd Gen) is now sitting down at $99 shippedvia the band’s official site.
We have seen these sweet little Bluetooth speakers down at $129 and $119 a number of times, including the Black Friday season last year, but $99 is easily among the best prices we have tracked. The only time we have seen this model in that range was during Prime Day events last year when it briefly dipped to the $95 Amazon low – it is currently out of stock there in this color and starting at $149 otherwise.
If you ask me, the Bose SoundLink Flex Portable Speaker (2nd Gen) is one of the best sounding speakers in its class, or at least among the many models I have tested out roughly in this price range.
At $99 you might find some speakers with some additional bells and whistles and built-in voice command action and things of that nature, but you might not find one that sounds better. That’s what Bose speakers do best, and this model exemplifies that quite nicely.
The up to 12 hours of battery life joins an IP67-rated design to safeguard it from water and dust while a durable, silicone-wrapped body is in place to “withstand drops, shocks, and rust.”
