Wrap Apple’s OG Leather Loop and Silicone Key Rings around your new AirTag 2 from $12.50 a pop (62% off)

Apple has unleashed the all-new AirTag 2, and while it does land with the same dimensions, it still does not include a key loop hole. If you’re not going to be re-purposing the loops and key ring holders you already have, and you want to steer clear of Apple’s divisive FineWoven solutions, some of its OG leather and silicone models are seeing deep deals on Woot right now.

You’ll find the current-generation Apple FineWoven Key Ring models in five colors waiting on Amazon for $35 a pop, but Woot has some of the, at least for me, much nicer OG leather and silicone models as on sale for less than half the price:

Despite being long out of production at this point, Woot is listing these Loops and Key Rings as shipping with a 1-year Apple warranty.

There are loads of third-party AirTag accessories out there, many of them are quite good as well – I highly recommend taking look at the Elevation Lab offerings – but there’s still nothing quite like that Saddle Brown leather treatment Apple has long abandoned. It has arguably done so for good reason, but it was not because of its quality – I really like the look and feel of this thing, and you probably will too…if you’re into this kind of thing.

How to tell the difference between AirTag 2 and the original AirTag

Apple AirTag Leather Loop features:

Specially tanned European leather adds an extra touch of elegance to this versatile loop. It stays firmly attached while securing your AirTag tightly in place, so you always know where your items are. Make AirTag yours with a range of colorful accessories. AirTag sold separately.
