We just spotted a deal at Amazon that gets you LG’s 45-inch UltraGear (45GX950A-B) OLED curved 5K2K gaming monitor down to $1,350.18 shipped. That’s a straight-up $650 discount on its $2,000 usual going rate and one of the lowest prices we have tracked for it to date. Today’s 32% markdown on its usual going rate lands it within just $38 of the all-time low price it hit earlier this year. We recently saw the standard 240Hz WQHD variant of this monitor go for less, but this particular model has dual-mode support with which you can push it up to 330Hz for competitive gaming. The LG UltraGear (45GX950A-B) is one of the more capable models the brand has in its monitor catalog. It sports a 5K2K resolution panel with support for up to 165Hz refresh rate. You also get a dual-mode feature on this unit, meaning it can drop to WFHD resolution with up to 330Hz refresh rate for competitive gaming. The display also works with both NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync to deliver a tear-free gaming experience, and some of its other highlights include DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification, a solid mix of ports with HDMI 2.1, and a sturdy stand with height adjustment.
