Best Buy launches new tech sale: TVs from $80, washer and dryer pairs, Plus memberships, more

While Best Buy is still offering some notable appliance deals as par of an extended Presidents Day sale (up $1,000 in bonus savings on bundles), it has long since shut down the main part of its holiday sale. That said, after a short hiatus, it has now updated its Top Deals page with a series of new offers.

Got your check? Get your tech sale

This new “Got your check? Get your tech” sale isn’t perhaps as wide-ranging as some of its holiday events, or, on the other end of the spectrum, as razor-focused as its limited-time flash events, but there are a series of deals up for grabs here

Rare My Best Buy Plus Membership deal

One of the more surprising offers that went live earlier this morning when the Top Deals section was updated is this 50% price drop on year memberships to its mid-tier My Best Buy Plus subscription. Regularly $50, Plus offers everything from bonus exclusive savings to FREE credit on select items during major sale evens – it can even offer bonus Best Buy gift cards during new product launches – and you can now give it a go for a year at $24.99. This membership will renew automatically but you can also cancel it manually at anytime, account to the sale page listing

As for the actual featured deals in the sale, they are heavily geared towards folks looking to upgrade their MacBook or PC desktop, or even a smart TV right now. There are over 230 smart TV models on sale starting from just $80, including everything from entry-level options right up to more feature-rich flagship-worthy models from brands like Samunsg and LG.
