It is time to take a look at the best M5 Pro MacBook Pro pre-order deals. Apple’s latest and greatest new pro-grade MacBook models are going up for pre-order today and we are now tracking a chance to land a FREE $100 gift card with purchases alongside some notable trade-in values that can effectively slash up to $800 off the cost of your new machine. These pre-order deals are now live at Best Buy and we are expecting Amazon to offer up some notable offers any minute now. Details below.
Best M5 Pro MacBook Pro pre-order deals
Update: The Amazon listings are now live, but we are yet to see a gift card offer.
- 14-inch M5 Pro MacBook Pro 24GB/1TB $2,199 + $100 gift card
- 14-inch M5 Pro MacBook Pro 24GB/2TB $2,799 + $100 gift card
- 16-inch M5 Pro MacBook Pro 24GB/1TB $2,699 + $100 gift card
- 14-inch M5 Max MacBook Pro 36GB/2TB $3,899 + $100 gift card
As you can see above, there are FREE $100 gift cards available with pre-orders on just about all of the configurations available at major retailers. If you’re looking to customize your machine further, you will have to go straight to Apple or a local authorized dealer where you will also likely not get the bonus credit with your purchase.
We always recommend double checking trade-in values straight from Apple, and are once again here today. But considering the FREE credit available at retailers like Best Buy, and the up to $800 in trade-in value it is advertising on the new M5 Pro/Max machines, this is also an option that should be considered. You’re clearly going to get the most cash back from newer gear, but again, just be sure to double check both Best Buy and Apple and remember to factor in the $100 in FREE gift card credit to the values.

While largely similar looking to previous models, the new M5 Pro model lands with the addition of the N1 wireless chip that enables Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 support as well as 2x faster performance on the internal storage. Speaking of which, the new machines are also landing with higher storage capacities on the entry model – 1TB on the M5 Pro and 2TB on the high-end M5 Max.
