As part of a wider sale on Windows Copilot+ PCs/gaming laptops, Best Buy is offering HP’s 17-inch OmniBook X laptop for $1,099.99 shipped. That’s after a $400 drop from its usual $1,500 price, which marks the lowest we’ve tracked for it so far. We did see the 16GB RAM/1TB SSD variant of this laptop drop to a lower price during last year’s holiday sale, but this marks the first time we’re seeing a deal on this higher-specced model. It’s also one of the few 17-inch Copilot+ PCs available right now, as most options typically top out at 14 or 16 inches. This OmniBook X laptop sports a 17.3-inch touchscreen display, adding a bit more flexibility for everyday tasks. Under the hood, it’s powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 256V processor with a 47 TOPS NPU, paired with 32GB of RAM and a 2TB SSD, making it a capable machine for productivity and AI-accelerated workloads. It may not be the thinnest Windows laptop around, but it makes up for that with a good set of features like a full-sized backlit keyboard, a metal chassis, and a good range of ports, including two USB-C ports, two 10Gb/s USB-A ports, HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
