AirTag now live again at the best Amazon price ever, score one for $17 (41% less than new model)

We did spot a chance to score an open-box deal on the new AirTag 2 this morning, but you better be quick because those deals tend to sell out very quickly. That said, if you don’t care about some of the upgrades Apple made, Amazon is currently offering one of the best prices ever on the previous model at $17 Prime shipped

Amazon is now offering AirTag 1 down at $17 with free shipping for Prime members or in orders over $35.

This model carried the same $29 list price as the second-gen, delivering 41% savings with today’s deal to land back at the lowest price we have ever tracked on Amazon for a single AirTag.

We have seen this same deal over the month or constantly coming in and out of stock, but it appear as though things have settled down a touch over at Amazon for anyone looking to scoop one up today.

Here are a few of the main differences you’ll find on the new model:

  • Second-gen Ultra Wideband chip
  • Tracking 1.5x father away than original
  • Apple Watch support
  • 50% louder speaker
