As part of Anker’s ongoing SOLIX Spring Power Station Sale with up to 65% discounts + an exclusive savings code, we wanted to shine a spotlight once more on the brand’s latest E10 Smart Hybrid Whole-Home Backup System that comes with one of three FREE gifts (with up to a $998 value) and starts at $4,084.05 shipped, after using our exclusive code 9TO5DEALS5 at checkout. This starting package (and the other bundles) is still technically down from its $5,799 full price tag from the initial launch discount, but instead of getting all three of the previous free gifts, Anker has divided them up into a choice – with everything slated to only last through the rest of the weekend, though there’s always a chance this may be for just the included free gear. While you’re no longer getting the full $1,346 in free gifts, you are getting up to $998 of gear alongside the increased $1,715 markdown off the going rate, landing it at a new all-time low. Head below to learn more about it, or you can browse the entire Anker SOLIX Spring Sale lineup here.
If you’re looking for the biggest home backup support from Anker, this SOLIX E10 system is the way to go, as the starting package here gives you a 6kWh capacity from the module and single battery, and can expand as high as 90kWh with additional add-ons. This starting setup provides up to 7.68kW of steady power (and can hit 10kW for a 90-minute period) directly to appliances and devices, with it having a surging potential up to 28.8kW that also increases upon expansion. To really get the most whole-home backup for your circuits, though, you’ll want to pair it with either the Smart Inlet to allow manual switchover during power outages, or the Power Dock for more intelligent controls and automatic switchover for up to 12 circuits.
Keep in mind that Anker does recommend a professional electrician do the installation, with options for it to be done by their own workers on the landing page. Installation, while probably better in a more enclosed area like a garage, can handle outdoor settings with a temperature range of -4 to 131 degrees, too, thanks to the NEMA 4 waterproof rating.
Going back to its expanding functionality, each individual starting unit carries a 9kW solar input for recharging, which can climb as high as 27kW when you’re dealing with the fully-expanded 90kWh capacity setup. This is particularly nice for folks wanting to utilize Anker or other solar panels, including roof panels. Another new device that can be found among the bundled gear is the brand’s new Smart Generator 5500, which adds an additional recharging method to your options, not to mention its a triple-fuel model (running off gasoline, propane, or natural gas), complete with automatic switchover, smart controls, and more.
***Note: Be sure to remember to use the exclusive savings code 9TO5DEALS5 at checkout to score the very best deals through the weekend.
