The new roborock Curv 2 Flow robot cleaner is a significant step up from my previous Yeedi model, with my favorite thing being the SpiraFlow self-cleaning mop that washes itself while in use and also applies far more downward pressure on messes over spinning mop pads. It also boasts an impressive 20,000Pa suction power for vacuuming, alongside dual zero-tangle brushes for preventing mine and my cat’s hair (which is just always everywhere) from really gumming up the works.

It’s been upgraded with AI obstacle avoidance alongside DirTect tech, which better detects and identifies messes to adjust settings and leads the robot continuously over the same spot until it’s all gone. Another handy feature that I didn’t realize was helpful was the higher rising ability up to 15mm that also deploys a shield over the mop, allowing it to get to my kitchen that sits slightly higher than the rest of my flooring, and also better protects my carpets from accidental wettings.
