This is one of the newer – and more pricey – keyboards ASUS has in its ROG lineup, and it typically goes for $420. Today’s deal, however, drops it by nearly 50% with a solid $190 discount. That makes it a lot easier on your wallet if you were looking to buy it, and this also happens to be the lowest price we have tracked for it to date. The limited-time offer expires later today before the new set of daily deals show up, so it’s worth grabbing while the discount is still live.
The ASUS ROG Falcata is a pretty wild-looking keyboard, mostly because it splits into two pieces. It’s a split keyboard, meaning you can move the right side out of the way and give your mouse more room while gaming. This particular model uses magnetic Hall-effect switches, so you can fine-tune how sensitive each key feels instead of being stuck with a fixed response. Some other noteworthy features of this model include wireless connectivity, RGB lighting, and gasket mounting to deliver a soft and comfortable typing experience. It’s clearly built for serious gamers who like to tweak settings and want a compact board to make room for mouse movements. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but today’s discounted price makes it worth considering.
If you’d rather get your hands on a more compact keyboard with a standard design, Razer’s Joro portable model is still down at $96. It’s also a wireless keyboard that’s easy to pack and carry, and it’s down from its usual price of $130.
