This Acer 32-inch gaming monitor lets you pick between 4K 160Hz and FHD 320Hz, and it’s down to lowest price at $154 off

We just spotted a deal at Amazon that drops Acer’s 32-inch 4K UHD gaming monitor down to $395.01 shipped. This is originally a $650 display that has fetched as much as $549 in recent months at Amazon. Today’s deal takes $154 off that price to deliver one of the steepest price drops we have tracked for this dual-mode display that can dynamically switch between 4K 160Hz and FHD 320Hz. It’s now matching the lowest price it first hit earlier this year, so it’s a great time to cash in if you missed out on the previous offer. Head below for more details.

This Acer gaming monitor features a dynamic resolution-switching capability, allowing you to play in sharp 4K at 160Hz or switch to ultra-fast FHD at 320Hz when you need maximum performance. That flexibility makes it a great fit for both competitive esports titles and single-player games. It’s similar in concept to pricier options like the AW2725QF from Alienware, which is currently going for $400 after a modest discount. The IPS panel delivers a fast 0.5ms GTG response time and covers 90% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, and you also get a solid selection of connectivity options, including dual HDMI 2.1 ports and a single DisplayPort 1.4 input. Other notable features include AMD FreeSync support, along with slim bezels and a sturdy stand that help round out the overall package.

If you don’t particularly need the dual-mode feature and are only looking for an ultrawide monitor, Alienware’s 34-inch WQHD model is down to $280. This curved gaming monitor has support for up to 180Hz refresh rate, and it’s down from its usual price of $350.

Acer Nitro 32-inch 4K UHD gaming monitor features:

  • MiniLED Will Change You: Mini LED will ruin all other monitors for you. You’ll see dynamic levels of contrast that put reality to shame. Games and movies will take on a new hue as colors explode in up to 1000 Nits luminosity. The Nitro XV325QK’s 1152 local dimming zones are calling to you. Will you answer?
  • AMD FreeSync Premium Technology: Say “goodbye” to stuttering and tearing. With AMD FreeSync Premium, the monitor’s frames are synced with the graphics card’s frames, which eliminates screen tearing and provides the smoothest gaming experience.
  • Quick Refresh Rate: Different content has different refresh rate and resolution requirements. If you are playing an FPS or racing game, you will need a monitor with a high refresh rate. However, if you are doing office work or streaming videos, a higher resolution will be more beneficial. With DFR technology, users can choose a higher resolution, or a higher refresh rate based on what is suitable for them.
  • Responsive: Up to 0.5ms GTG (Gray to Gray) response time enhanced gamers’ in-game experience. No matter if the fast-moving action or any dramatic transitions will be rendered smoothly without the annoying effects of smearing or ghosting.
