The official Apple refurb store now has the 14-inch M5 MacBook Pro 512GB model back in stock at $1,439. This is a seriously notable opportunity to land a seriously low price on a current-gen machine – the most affordable MacBook Pro you can buy new from Apple carries a $1,999 list price.
Apple is now offering its 14-inch M5 MacBook Pro with 16GB of RAM and the 512GB SSD in silver down at $1,439 shipped. This offer is not likely to last for very long – the Space Black sold out completely in a matter of a few hours max.
When Apple released the latest M5 Pro and M5 Max machines earlier this year, it nixed the 512GB storage tier on the M5 models. This effectively hiked up the price of entry on the lineup, which then jumped even higher after the recent price increases – the lineup now starts at $1,999.
But for a limited time right now, you can land an M5 machine at just $1,439. That’s not a small amount of cash by any means, but it is a wildly low price all things considered. Apple no longer even sells this 512GB model new and it can be hard to come by out in the wild from authorized dealers these days.
Originally $1,599 this near elusive configuration is easily one of the best ways to secure a curent-generation machine without spending $1,800 or much more than that at retail right now.
