The new M4 Macs are inbound, and soon. New MacBook Pros, new iMacs, and likely new Mac mini models included, but Amazon did just knock the still current-generation M2 Pro Mac mini back down to one of its best prices to date at $1,149 shipped. This is a regularly $1,299 machine now seeing a solid $150 price drop. Today’s deal is matching pour previous mention on this elevated miniature Mac at Amazon and is currently sitting at within $50 of the all-time low.
While the new Mac mini is coming, it will be some time before we see a price drop like we are today on the current model. Reports suggest the size of the new mini will be even more mini than ever before – perhaps something akin to the Apple TV 4K – and will once again be offered with the base model M4 chip and the more powerful M4 Pro.
We certainly wouldn’t blame you for waiting this one out and opting for the newer model when it all but definitely makes an appearance this month, but again, it’s going to cost you.
