Amazon is offering a rare chance at scoring the now-retired LEGO Ideas Tree House for $174.99 shipped. Normally running you $250 at Amazon, we last saw this same rate back during July’s 2024 Prime Day event, with the discounts since mostly keeping things above $218, while in 2025 we’ve only seen it go as low as $235. This Lightning deal we’re seeing strike today is taking the price down by 30%, cutting $75 off the tag and returning it to the best rate we have tracked in the last year, aside from a drop to $144 we haven’t seen since 2023.

One of the largest fan-inspired creations in LEGO’s history, the Ideas Tree House stacks up to 3,036 pieces and comes packed with a wide array of detailed brickwork, especially for sections like the tree’s trunk, as well as the exterior of the house’s walls. There’s even some fun comedy involved on those exterior walls, where some wooden planks have been haphazardly nailed in place, which only elevates the fun, in my opinion.
