This model debuted alongside other new INZONE gear recently with a $150 price tag, which it has mostly maintained since launch. It dropped to $128 for the first time during the recent fall Prime Day sale, and today’s deal marks the return of that with a 15% markdown. Sony’s Mouse-A marks the company’s debut in the gaming mouse space, and it’s built from polyamide reinforced with hollow glass microspheres to land as one of the lightest mice at just 48 grams. It packs a 30K DPI 3950IZ sensor, a customized PixArt PAW3950, to deliver precise tracking, and it offers wireless connectivity via a 2.4GHz dongle with support for an ultra-fast 8,000Hz polling rate. This particular model is said to last for up to 90 hours on a single charge, and some of its other highlights include a clean, no-RGB design, a tactile scroll wheel, and a USB-A to USB-C cable in the box.
If you’re looking for alternatives, Logitech’s G PRO 2 LIGHTSPEED wireless gaming mouse is worth considering at $100. This comes with the brand’s HERO 2 sensor with an impressive 44,000 DPI, and is down from its usual price of $150.
