Apple’s all-new M5 Pro MacBooks have now arrived, and we have uncovered a $100 bonus reward credit on those at Best Buy. But for those looking towards the much more affordable M5 MacBook Pro, the deals are flying this week with the most affordable configuration now $200 off its original list price at Amazon alongside the 1TB model, and we just spotted a $200 price drop on the most affordable 32GB configuration you can buy.

Previous to last week, Apple did sell 512GB models and retailers like Amazon and B&H still do. This means you can land configurations for much less than the $1,699 starter price at Apple. And on top of that they are now $200 under the original list prices. While the “regular” prices of these 512GB models have effectively come down now that Apple is starting at 1TB on the M5, they are still well under the price on the most comparable models.
Amazon has the most affordable setup down at $1,399 right now, and B&H has a compelling option on the most affordable 32GB model you can buy – Amazon does not sell a 32GB variant with 512GB of storage, only one with 1TB of storage and it carries a $2,099 list price.
