The highlight of this power bank has to be its form factor. I was a bit skeptical when I first saw the images on its Amazon listing, but I can confirm it’s genuinely as small as it looks. It’s currently the smallest MagSafe power bank in my collection, and that alone often makes me reach for it over other options. The UGREEN 25W Qi2.2 MagFlow power bank, which is one of the fastest portable battery packs out there, is a lot thicker and often sits in my travel bag than in my everyday carry.
This Picogo model is not the thinnest power bank out there, though, so you’ll have to look at some other options like the Anker ultra-slim 5K MagSafe power bank if that’s your priority. Personally, I prefer a smaller unit like this that’s more compact and easier to carry when not in use, even if thinner models tend to feel a bit more comfortable when attached to the back of your phone.
The overall build quality of this Picogo power bank is quite solid, thanks to its durable aluminum shell that feels like it can handle everyday wear and tear. One detail I particularly like is the smudge-resistant silicone coating on the side that attaches to your phone, which helps prevent scratches on the phone’s surface. It’s a small touch, but one you’ll appreciate during daily use.
This model also includes a built-in aluminum kickstand that pops out when you want to prop your phone up for hands-free viewing. There’s a button at the bottom that lets you quickly check the remaining battery through a set of LED indicators, and a USB-C port on the side that supports up to 20W wired charging or recharging the power bank itself.
Another aspect I like about this power bank is its support for Qi2 15W wireless charging. That’s also one of the reasons I tend to reach for it over something like LISEN’s ultra-slim 5,000mAh MagSafe battery pack. It’s worth pointing out that it’s not the fastest power bank out there, though. Like most MagSafe wireless chargers, it can get a bit warm while charging, which makes it harder to sustain the full 15W speeds. Even so, it consistently tops my phone up from around 10% to roughly 60% in about an hour.
That’s usually all I need from a portable battery pack – just enough power to get me through the day and home before the phone dies – so it’s not much of a dealbreaker. In fairness, most power banks with Qi2 15W or even Qi2.2 25W wireless charging run into similar heat limitations since they don’t have any active cooling, so this isn’t unique to this model.

It’s easily one of the smallest MagSafe power banks you can get right now, but the size isn’t the only thing going for it.
