June 2026 kicks off with up to 25% in savings on current-gen AirPods: Pro 3, Max 2, more

June has arrived, summer is quickly approaching (basically already here in most places), and we have some notable AirPods deals to kick the month off. If you’re looking to land a new set for the summer, price drops are now live on the latest AirPods Pro 3, the most affordable of the bunch – AirPods 4 at 25% off, and the 2026 AirPods Max 2

While we have seen AirPods Pro 3 down as low as $199 over the last couple months a few times, Amazon bumped them back up to near full price after Memorial Day and then back down to $199.99 over this past weekend. This deal is still live as we move into a new work week to deliver one of the best prices we have tracked to date.

The Pro 3 set did drop to $185 at Amazon once, in response to a limited time Verizon deal, but they were very hard to lock down due to stock issues and reported errors during checkout. We might very well see them drop lower this month when Amazon Prime Day goes live, but at this point it looks as though Amazon likes the $199 range and there’s a good chance we won’t seen anything better until Black Friday. We, of course, can’t know for sure, but the chances are low at anything much better than that.

AirPods 4 – Apple’s most affordable current-gen set – are 25% off right now at $99 shipped. We did see some wild deals on this set during Black Friday last year and it wouldn’t be entirely out of the question to see them drop to $89 or even $79 during Prime Day later this month, but again, there’s no way to know for sure. If saving the extra $10 or $20 really counts for you, it might make more sense to hold off as there’s a very good chance they will be available for the same $99 we have right now, if not even lower in 3+ week’s time.

AirPods Max 2 are a brand new 2026 release. It’s hard to even predict what deal pricing will look like on these come the end of the month as this is effectively the first proper next-gen set and historical deal pricing on the original set isn’t all that helpful in 2026. As of right now we are looking at all-time low pricing from $509, and it wouldn’t be out of the question to see them drop down to $499, or even $479 come Prime Day.
