We all pitched in this year to get Mom a new MacBook Neo for her big day, and if any of you out there are thinking about doing the same for Dad (or your Grad) this week, Amazon is going to be your best option. Dad’s big day is fast approaching and Apple still has delivery dates going well into next week if not much later, but Amazon can have one on your doorstep as soon as tomorrow and at a lower price.
While the deals at Amazon are still very slight at just $10 less than just about everywhere else, if you are looking to pick one up this week you might as well keep some coffee money in your pocket. That, on top of the fact that Apple is still listing delivery times between June 24 and as late July 1 on most models (depending on your location), leaves Amazon as the best place to pickup the new affordable MacBook release:

My Mom absolutely loves hers, my sister picked one up too, and it’s hard to imagine Dad not feeling the same way (unless he’s running 80-track Logic Pro sessions, demanding Final Cut sessions, or something along those lines).
